4615 Hurontario Street Condos is a new mixed-use high-rise condominium by The Elia Corporation in Mississauga. 4615 Hurontario Street Condos will include nine towers that will stand between 28 to 45 storeys high. In Block 1, Building A will have a 5-storey base building attached to a 45-storey tower and will include 429 residential suites. It will also include 20,619 square feet of commercial space and 194,613 square feet of office space.
Building B in Block 1 will have 36-storeys, including a 6-storey building base. Building B will have 571 residential units. The two towers will have a total of 1,000 units, comprised of 20 studios, 463 one-bedrooms, 366 two-bedrooms, and 151 three-bedrooms.
Block 1 will have 13,289 square feet of indoor amenity space and 51,667 square feet of outdoor amenity space. Moreover, it will have 1,265 parking spaces. It will also have 860 bicycle spaces divided into long and short-term residential as well as long and short-term commercial spaces.
Block 2’s Building A will have 42 storeys, including a 8-storey base. It will have 564 residential units and 8,714 square feet of retail space. Building B in Block 2 will have 36-storey that will include a 6-storey base and 450 units. There will also be two stacked townhouse blocks. In total, Block 2 will have 1,046 units with a unit mix of 593 one-bedrooms, 244 two-bedrooms, 177 three-bedrooms, and 32 stacked townhouses.
Block 2 will have 37,480 square feet of indoor amenity space and 24,703 square feet of outdoor amenity space. In addition, it will have 1,160 parking spots and 830 bicycle spaces divided into long and short-term residential as well as long and short-term commercial spaces.
Block 3 will include Building A, which will be 36-storeys and Building B, which will be the same height. Building A will have 487 units, while Building B will have 560 units. Block 3 will also have four stacked townhouse blocks. It will have a total of 1,111 units, of which 676 will be one-bedrooms, 221 will be two-bedrooms, 150 will be three-bedrooms, and 64 will be stacked townhouses.
27,781 square feet of indoor amenities and 35,349 square feet of outdoor amenity space will be provided in Block 3. There will also be 1,120 parking spaces as well as 798 residential long-term bicycle parking spaces and 90 short-term residential spaces.
In Block 4, Building A will be a 36-storey tower including a 6-storey L-shaped base. It will contain 16,905 square feet of commercial space and 494 residential units. Block 4’s Building B will stand 30 storeys high that will sit atop a 6-storey base, and include 480 residential units. The unit mix in Block 4 will be 377 one-bedrooms, 423 two-bedrooms, and 174 three-bedrooms.
There will be 13,024 square feet of indoor amenity space and 52,700 square feet of outdoor amenity space in Block 4. There will also be 1,099 parking spots and 807 bicycle spaces divided into long and short-term residential and long and short-term commercial spaces.
Block 5 will have a single 28-storey high-rise that will include a 6-storey podium and two townhouse blocks. In total, Block 5 will have 559 residential units, of which 259 will be one-bedrooms, 261 will be two-bedrooms, 15 will be three-bedrooms and 24 will be stacked townhouses. It will have 7,556 square feet of indoor amenity space and 34,487 square feet of outdoor amenity space. Moreover, it will have 605 parking spaces and 397 residential long-term bicycle spaces and 48 short-term residential spaces.
Location & Neighbourhood
4615 Hurontario Street Condos is in a transit-oriented location. It bounds Hurontario Street on the west, a major transportation corridor in the Region of Peel. There are easily accessible bus stops at the north and south sides of the Hurontario Street and Elia Avenue intersection, as well as at all sides of the Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue East intersection.
