4665 Steeles Avenue East Condos is a new mixed-use residential condominium by LeBANC Development in Scarborough. This three tower pre-construction project will sit at 4665 Steeles Ave E, in Agincourt neighbourhood with a total of 793 units including one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms.

4665 Steeles Avenue East Condos will incorporate Splendid China, a popular shopping centre currently located on the site, into its construction.
Tower A will be fronting onto Steeles Avenue East on the northwest corner of the development. The building will be 17-storeys tall with a 5-storey podium and contain 59 one-bedroom, 51 one-bedroom plus dens, and 48 two-bedroom plus dens.
In addition to 135,905 square feet of residential space, the building will include 7,976 square feet of at grade retail space fronting Steeles Avenue East and along the midblock connection. In addition, 7,642 square feet of retail space will be on the ground floor.
The lives of residents will be enhanced by 11,636 square feet of indoor amenity space and 980 square feet of outdoor amenity space. Residents will also have access to 73 vehicle parking spaces on the second level of underground parking and 73 vehicle parking spaces on the third level of underground parking. There will be 68 parking spaces on the first level of underground parking for visitors as well as for retail and commercial use. As a bonus, there will also be 197 bicycle parking spaces divided into residential, visitor, and retail spots as well as spaces for long-term and short-term use.
Tower C will be located on the eastern half of the development and consist of a 28-storey tower, a 9-storey L-shaped residential mid-rise component and a 3-storey podium. The building will have 183 one-bedrooms, 154 one-bedroom plus dens, and 49 two-bedroom plus dens. The ground floor will have a convenient 80,905 square feet of retail space and an elegant, welcoming lobby. What’s more, this retail space will connect to the ground floor of Splendid China Mall. An additional 41,345 square feet of retail space on the second floor will connect to the second floor of Splendid China. The second floor will also house two levels of above-grade parking on its southerly part through the use of a mezzanine level. Moreover, there will be 35,060 square feet of office space fronting onto Steeles Avenue East and two more levels of above-grade parking on the third floor.
Tower C will also have 5,457 square feet of indoor amenity space on the fourth floor adjacent to 19,902 square feet of outdoor amenity space in the form of a terrace on the podium’s roof. Residents of Tower A and Tower B will also have access to this wonderful terrace through above-grade pedestrian connections located in the midblock connection.
There will be 238 residential parking spaces on the second level of underground parking and 238 residential parking spaces on the third level. The first level of underground parking will house 237 parking spaces for commercial, visitor, and retail use. There will also be 347 bicycle parking spaces divided into residential, retail, and visitor spaces as well as spaces for long-term and short-term use.
