48 Grenoble Drive Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by Tenblock in North York. This pre-construction project is located at 48 Grenoble Dr, in Flemingdon Park neighbourhood, Less than 800 metres from this site are the Aga Khan Park and Museum LRT and Science Centre LRT stations.

Residents will also enjoy 1,094 bicycle parking spaces, including 894 spots for long-term use and 200 spots for short-term use. The short-term bicycle spaces will be located at grade next to the main lobby entrances of each tower and the podium. Of the long-term bicycle parking spots, 170 will be in secure rooms situated on the first level of underground parking, and 724 spaces will be on the second level of underground parking.
