Location & Neighbourhood
This is an ultra convenient location in Downtown Brantford, thanks to shops, job opportunities, services, and not one but two post-secondary schools. Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College both have campuses within walking distance, which makes this an ideal investment opportunity for renting out units to students.
