Description
This project is a pre-construction high-rise mixed-use development is being spearheaded by Diamante Development Corporation. 5306 Yonge Street Condos is located in the Willowdale neighbourhood of North York. The ground floor of this development is also slated to have a library, so there will always be something interesting to read.
Location & Neighbourhood
This project will be located in the Willowdale neighbourhood . This area is a fast growing district. Its population is increasing, but as rents continue to increase in downtown Toronto, many businesses are moving north. This provides an excellent opportunity to capitalize in one of the region’s fastest growing markets.
There are plenty of schools to choose from in the Willowdale neighbourhood, and this makes it one of the best neighbourhoods to raise a family. It should go without saying that this project is located directly on Yonge Street, one of the GTA’s most important arteries. This area of Yonge Street is lined with tasty restaurants and great shops.
