586 Eglinton Avenue East Condos is a new 32-storey high-rise condominium development in Toronto. This pre-construction project will be at 586 Eglinton Ave E, in the north-west corner of Bayview Ave and Eglinton Ave E in Midtown Toronto.

586 Eglinton Avenue East Condos will be a modern high-rise tower. The 4-storey podium that will be reserved for retail and office space. The ground floor consists of an office lobby at the south-east corner of the building, a residential lobby immediately west, and two retail spaces facing Eglinton Avenue. There will be 80 parking spaces for cars and 271 bicycle parking spaces. This development will be built in a transit-oriented area surrounded by streetcars, the subway station and the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, so cars will not be needed for residents living in this development.

Location & Neighbourhood

586 Eglinton Avenue East Condos will be built in a vibrant area with plenty of retail, employment opportunities and transit nearby. The location of this condo borders Midtown Toronto and Leaside Village so residents have the chance to enjoy both neighbourhoods and everything they have to offer.

This area already has a high Transit Score of 71 out of 100. This is mainly due to the amount of transit options already nearby. There are many bus lines and streetcars that run through this development. Plus, Eglinton Station is just 10 minutes away from this development.

This station runs on the TTC Subway’s Yonge-University Line 1. However, we can expect the Transit Score of this area to increase once the Eglinton Crosstown LRT is up and running. This development will be just steps from the future Leaside Station that will run on the LRT.
