The proposal is expected to feature beautiful twin towers designed with larger units at the top and smaller units at the lower levels of the buildings. The site will also feature 630 automobile parking spaces in above and below-ground parking structures.
The preeminent exterior of the development will surely stand out against the Oakville Skyline as Kirkor Architects is known to create classic glass towers throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
The project will enhance the existing streetscape while reinforcing existing sidewalks along Trafalgar and Cornwall. Expect many trees and shrubs added around the towers to improve the landscape further. The list of amenities has not been released. However, they will offer residents the opportunity to connect with the outdoors, socialize and live a convenient lifestyle in the comfort of their community.
