625 Yonge Street Condos is a new high-rise condominium by Edenshaw Developments Limited in Toronto. This 40-storey pre-construction project is located at 625 Yonge St in the Church and Wellesley neighbourhood. This development will include 326 residential units in total.
The unit mix is expected to include 240 one-bedroom layouts, 69 two-bedroom and 17 three-bedroom layouts.The podium will house 15,000 square-feet of retail space and 17,545 square-feet of office space

7,200 square-feet of indoor amenity space will be included on both the 5th and 40th floors, the latter likely being a party room featuring spectacular views of the city skyline. This will be complimented by nearly 7,600 square feet of outdoor amenity space on the roofs of the 4th and 39th floors.
Private balconies will line the building’s east and west facades while a striking geometric façade designed by Page + Steele IBI Group will front onto Yonge Street, enhancing the streetscape and making 625 Yonge Street a modern focal point.
