Parking will be available in a two level underground parking garage with 40 spaces for vehicles, 8 spaces for electric vehicles and 248 bicycle spaces. Parking spots for cars may not be necessary for investors as this development will be built in a transit-oriented area.

645 Northcliffe Boulevard Condos will be built just south of Eglinton Avenue West, along a growing stretch surrounded by great transit and urban amenities. Currently, this area scores a high 80 out of 100 on its Transit Score which means this location is well-served by transit. The area along Dufferin Street and Eglinton Avenue offers many bus services that can take commuters to the TTC Subway.
However, the biggest advantage of investing in this area is that this development will be a 2 minute walk from the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Residents can reach the Fairbank LRT Station just east of the future St. Hilda’s Parkette. From this station commuters can access the TTC Subway’s Line 1 just two short stops ahead or take the LRT line all the way down to reach Line 2 and Line 3. Once the Eglinton Crosstown LRT is finished construction, the Transit Score in this area will increase.
