69 Yonge Street is a luxurious mid-rise condominium development in downtown Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 69 Yonge St, near the vibrant corner of Yonge and King Street East close to the Financial District.

69 Yonge Street Condos was once the home of Canada’s tallest skyscraper back in the early 1900’s. This redevelopment will retain and repair the existing historical granite and limestone cladding while replacing the existing single-glazed steel-framed windows with new double-glazed metal windows to match the original mullion pattern.

The ground floor and mezzanine levels will continue to be used for retail while the sub-basement level is to be converted from an unused space to a modern restaurant. The main lobby and elevator location at the south side of the building accessed from the main entrance off of Yonge Street will remain as is.

69 Yonge Street Condos contain plenty of amenity space for its future residents to take advantage of. Level 2 will consist of two residential units on the west side of the building, along with a 135 square metre residential amenity space in the northeast corner, contiguous to a 74 square metre outdoor amenity space to the south.

We can expect the interior areas to contain entertainment and lounge areas as well as well-equipped fitness facilities. We also anticipate that the outdoor space will house a landscaped terrace with comfortable seating areas overlooking the vibrant streetscape.

To promote the use of public transit the condo will not provide parking spaces. However, to condone green transit, 68 bicycle parking spaces will be available on the mezzanine level.
