69 Yorkville Avenue Condos is a new luxury high-rise condominium development in Toronto. This pre-construction 29-storey mixed-use project with 146 residential units will be located at 69 Yorkville Ave in Yorkville’s vibrant neighbourhood just steps from Bay Station.
This development will come with a wide-range of floor layouts and sizes between one to three bedrooms plus a few penthouse suites. Additionally, it will feature retail space and office space on the first few levels.
69 Yorkville Avenue Condos will be a sleek and modern high-rise tower that will accommodate anyone. The tower itself will rise 29-storeys that will sit atop a 3-storey podium. There will be a combination of retail and office space on the first few floors. The residential and office space lobbies will be located on Yorkville Avenue.
The retail space will front Yorkville Avenue and Bellair Street. The first floor will have over 5,400 square-feet of retail space while the second and third floor will be dedicated to office use. Indoor and outdoor amenities can be found on the fourth and fifth floors. An outdoor rooftop terrace is proposed on the top on the 29th floor and a second outdoor terrace on the top of the podium on the third floor.
The building itself will come in a mix of floor layouts including 42 – one bedroom units, 17 two bedrooms, 65 – two bedroom plus den, 19 – three bedrooms and 3 – penthouse suites. We can only expect this development to come with luxe features and finishes to complement its surroundings. The architectural design of the tower will feature various materials to give it a unique and modern edge. Along the north and south side of the tower there will be generous glazing of wall glass along with balconies for the residential units. This gives residents access to better sunlight and an ambience of natural light coming into all of the suites. The east and west side of the tower will have a mix of navy-blue opaque panels and windows to provide privacy within the suites and to give the tower a unique design.
Although this area is well-served by transit, the development will still come with a total of 95 parking spaces. This includes 77 spaces for residents, 14 spaces for visitors and 4 spaces for office tenants. Stay tuned as we update this page with more information once it becomes available.
