72 Steeles Avenue West Condos will feature four high-rise towers with impressive 12-storey podiums constructed in 3 phases. The first phase will have a 56-storey condo situated along Steeles. 72 Steeles Avenue West Condos will be located at the northwest corner of Yonge and Steeles in the community of Thornhill. Currently, there is excellent bus access provided by GO Transit, VIVA/YRT, and TTC along both Yonge and Steeles. As the future subway stop is steps away at the intersection of those two arterial roads, even greater transit access is coming soon!

Beyond public transit, the area of Yonge and Steeles is one of the most prime locations in the Greater Toronto Area because it is conveniently surrounded by four major highways — 400, 401, 404, and 407 — that offer easy driving access to the rest of the region.
