720 Broadview Avenue is a new mixed-use condo development by Choice Properties in Toronto. This 35-storey pre-construction tower will be at 720 Broadview Ave near the intersection of Danforth and Broadview in the energetic Riverdale neighbourhood.

This reinvigorating redevelopment will remodel the existing grocery store to feature a residential condo with ample retail space located at grade. Welcoming hundreds of new residents this latest project will help intensify this remarkable locale providing excellent returns for investors.

Amenities

720 Broadview Avenue Condos is an unique and stunning building which curves across the site in a north to south orientation will exhibit a 35-storey tower rising out of a 7-storey base. 503 residential units are proposed in a mix of 274 one-bedrooms, 175 two-bedrooms, and 54 three-bedrooms.

This condominium will rebuild the grocery store located at the site and replace it with a residential tower plus two pavilions with retail space and ample amenity space for its residents. It will be designed by Superkül and Public Work to feature unique cladding and distinct architectural designs presenting a visually pleasing sight adding to Toronto’s skyline.

The location of the grocery store within the base building and its orientation to front directly onto Broadview Avenue will help to animate the pedestrian realm and will improve the existing relationship between the grocery store and the street.

The condo will include a 630 square metre indoor amenity area located on the 2nd floor, with an adjacent 505 square metre outdoor amenity terrace – where residents can enjoy the views of downtown and the surrounding lush ravines.

Residents will have the luxury of accessing a second 376 square metre indoor amenity space provided on the 8th floor where we can expect to find an adjacent 450 square metre outdoor amenity space on the roof of the 7th level podium. From this terrace, residents will have even more room to get together with friends and family and enjoy the lively ambience overlooking the Don River.

The proposal includes indoor bicycle parking areas provided at the P1 level of the underground parking garage, with additional long-term and short-term bicycle parking spaces provided at grade.

The condo’s private amenities in conjunction with the proposed public spaces will add to the site’s streetscape, enhancing the lives of those who live, work and play around the area.
