Located at the meeting of two arterial roads — Whites Rd and Oklahoma Dr (which becomes Granite Ct) — and just off Hwy 401, this development is surrounded by various use areas, including a busy commercial zone northward, residential zone eastward, parkland southward, and employment area westward, which offers plenty of convenience to residents.
A solid walk score of 69 means some errands can be done on foot from this condoninum. Pickering is served by Durham Regional Transit. The south part of Whites Rd is served by one bus route heading to Pickering Station, with the closest stop on Oklahoma Dr, just across the road from the condo site. Four more bus routes run along Kingston Rd, just a 10-minute walk away, on the other side of Hwy 401.
Pickering GO Station, less than 4 km away, allows commuters to access the Lakeshore East line. Riders can reach downtown Toronto in under an hour from this station. Plus, enviable proximity to Hwy 401 means it’s easy for the residents to drive to Toronto, Oshawa, Kitchener, and beyond.
