This new modern condo development is located in one of the most promising neighbourhoods in Toronto.

750 Mount Pleasant Road Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by Bazis Inc in Toronto. The new pre-construction project will be located at 750 Mt. Pleasant Rd just south of Eglinton Avenue in the Davisville Village neighbourhood.

This new condo will rise 35-storeys tall and feature nearly 400 new residential units. This development will also contain retail and commercial use plus an architectural design that will enhance the streetscape.

Amenities

750 Mount Pleasant Road Condos will contain up to 398 residential units in a variety of floor plans and layouts. The units will be available in a mix of 53 studio units, 180 one-bedroom units and 122 two-bedroom units.

This new project will contain a 6-storey base which will have 208.37 square metres of retail space at grade level. Adjacent to the commercial units, residents will find the grand lobby with access to a 24-hour concierge, mail and parcel room, bicycle parking and an outdoor pet relief area.

The development will provide its future residences with sufficient and top-tier amenity spaces to improve their quality of life in many different aspects. A total of 1,447.44 square metres of amenity space is proposed, including 645.57 square metres of indoor amenity space and 801.87 square metres of outdoor amenity space.

The proposed indoor amenity space is consolidated and provided within an indoor amenity room on the entirety of Level 7 – here we can expect to find world-class fitness facilities longe spaces, and party rooms just to name a few. This indoor amenity space will open out onto a contiguous, 801.87 square metre outdoor amenity terrace located on the roof of Level 6 where residents can come to relax and enjoy a breath of fresh air. The proposed outdoor amenity area is to be designed to accommodate a variety of passive and recreational uses including seating areas and green space.

This condominium will feature distinctive and attractive facades and architectural interest that will liven the surrounding area. It will be designed with square corners accentuated by a glass and precast grid that has been cut to give way to balconies and stitched with the contrasting precast frame.

The proposed development will provide a total of 104 vehicle parking spaces, located across two levels of underground parking. These parking spaces will consist of 80 parking spaces dedicated to residents and 24 parking spaces dedicated to residential visitors.

The ground floor retail will help the condominium integrate into the surrounding community and neighbourhood, and is likely to offer many exciting and convenient options for future residents.
