This indoor amenity space will open out onto a contiguous, 801.87 square metre outdoor amenity terrace located on the roof of Level 6 where residents can come to relax and enjoy a breath of fresh air. The proposed outdoor amenity area is to be designed to accommodate a variety of passive and recreational uses including seating areas and green space.
This condominium will feature distinctive and attractive facades and architectural interest that will liven the surrounding area. It will be designed with square corners accentuated by a glass and precast grid that has been cut to give way to balconies and stitched with the contrasting precast frame.
