This pre-construction project is located at 954 Broadview Ave, near Broadview Avenue and Danforth Avenue

The revised proposal would see the development of a 16-storey condo with 223 units available and 175 square metres of retail space.

954 Broadview Avenue Condos aims to bring vibrancy and density to the surrounding neighbourhood by providing an outstanding 170,586 square foot, high-rise condo. The suites will be available in 148 one-bedroom, 51 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom units.

This development features ample layouts, with modern interiors suited for a wide range of homebuyers and retail space to serve the public realm.

A 175 square metre retail area will be accessible via Broadview Avenue where residents and locals are welcome. The development will house a total of 290 square metres indoor amenity space and 602 square metre outdoor amenity space.

The ground floor will be the most densely populated area with multiple amenities; this will include a 120 metre square gym with an adjacent 35 square metre outdoor gym patio where residents can get a breath of fresh air after a workout. Residents can also find a pet spa and pet relief area, party room, a mail/parcel room and a spacious lobby fronting onto Broadview Avenue. The fifth floor will hold more indoor amenity space, and many floors will include private terraces where residents can enjoy the views of the lush neighbourhood.

Additionally, a three-level under-ground parking garage is proposed for the site, which will house 91 vehicle parking spaces and 229 bicycle parking spaces with lockers.

The three-storey heritage schoolhouse known as Chester Public school will be restored to act as a gateway into the condo site. A four storey podium will also be added to the site’s west wing that will be occupied by suites, and will house an outdoor garden. Then a tower will rise with brick masonry into a sleek, glass, modern tower.

This new high-toned addition to the neighborhood will add many housing options and an alluring architectural design that will improve the streetscape. Investors and buyers alike will greatly benefit from the multitude of amenities this ambitious condominium offers.
