A 175 square metre retail area will be accessible via Broadview Avenue where residents and locals are welcome. The development will house a total of 290 square metres indoor amenity space and 602 square metre outdoor amenity space.

The three-storey heritage schoolhouse known as Chester Public school will be restored to act as a gateway into the condo site. A four storey podium will also be added to the site’s west wing that will be occupied by suites, and will house an outdoor garden. Then a tower will rise with brick masonry into a sleek, glass, modern tower.
