Description

An ambitious new master-planned community is coming to Markham. Investors can expect this community to span an incredible 31.7 acres and will include a mix of housing types such as townhomes and condominium units.

9999 Markham Road Condos and Towns is a new master-planned community by ONEPIECE Developments in Markham. This new pre-construction project is located at 9999 Markham Rd by the cross-street of Hakimi Avenue on the south-east corner of Markham Road and Major Mackenzie Drive E.

This master-planned community will include four condominium towers that will range from mid-rise to high-rise with the highest tower reaching 18-storeys.

There will also be modern townhomes and commercial buildings to add to the employment opportunities in the area. The various dwelling units will promote affordability in this neighbourhood which should ultimately appeal to many investors and future residents. In total, this master-planned community will hold 258 condo units and 177 townhomes.

This entire development will be built in nine blocks which will include the residential buildings, townhomes, commercial buildings, public park and roads that make up this entire community. The first phase will be to build the townhomes and two 8-storey, mid-rise condominiums that will hold the majority of the residential space. This development will also include a 1-acre park that will be built in phase 2.

Based on the architectural drawings that have been released so far, we can see that the stacked townhomes will have a contemporary look with a mix of grey and neutral tones, large windows and strong rectangular shapes. These townhomes will also provide residents with their own private outdoor amenity space which include terraces for the higher floors and backyards strategically placed for the first floor units.

Although there are not too many details released just yet about this master-planned community, we can expect this development to include many modern features and finishes, a wide-range of amenities and a lot of space dedicated to retail and office space. This community will soon become a place where residents can live, work and play in one location adding to the convenience of living in this area.

9999 Markham Road, A Family-Friendly Neighbourhood

9999 Markham Road Condos and Towns will be built in the transformative city of Markham.
