Aspen at Pinnacle Etobicoke

Aspen at Pinnacle Etobicoke will sit in a complex with modern high-density towers. This building is on the south-side of the complex beside two other condominiums and public parks in front of it. In total, there will be six towers in this complex, three on the south side and two on the north east and north-west side. There will also be two public parks on the north side, both ranging about 1-acre each.

This project will consist of a two tower development. Both towers will be connected by a 6-storey shared podium that will hold the amenity space and some of the residential units. This development will offer 828 residential units with a mix of:

• 173 – One Bedroom Plus Den
• 153 – Two Bedroom
• 95 – Two Bedroom Plus Den
• 81 – Three Bedroom
• 17 – Three Bedroom Plus Den

There will also be over 17,000 square-feet of indoor amenity space and over 45,000 square-feet of outdoor amenities. Based on the first phase of this development, we can expect this tower to have many amenities including a party room with a kitchenette, a fitness centre and yoga room, kids play area and an outdoor terrace on the top of the sixth floor podium.
