Atelier Park Condos is a new mixed-use high-rise condominium development by Cortel Group in Vaughan. This two towers pre-construction project with a shared podium and a total of 878 units is located near the northeast corner of Keele and Hwy 7 in the Concord neighbourhood.

One in a darker, grey colour palette will stand at 40-storeys high, close to Hwy 7, while the other, a lighter, beige one, will stand at 39 storeys tall, behind the first.
The towers will share a 2-storey podium and offer a combined total of 878 suites — 63 studio, 461 one-bedroom, 350 two-bedroom, and 4 three-bedroom with exclusive, 2-storey, walkout suites on the ground floor.
Additional details about suites are TBA, but based on the developer’s previous projects, we can expect spacious and luxurious suites with designer touches and highly desirable features and finishes.
Five levels of underground parking will provide 828 spaces and 482 lockers for residents and visitors. Additionally, 4,445 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor will face Highway 7, providing convenience to the community.
Ample outdoor amenities will include a rooftop terrace on the podium top with welcoming seating and attractive landscaping to create a spacious refuge stretching over 5,000 sq. ft. It will be complemented by an additional nearly-9,000 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space.

Location & Neighbourhood
This project is optimally located within the Concord neighbourhood of Vaughan, at the intersection of Hwy 7 and Keele, both arterial roads. Atelier Park Condos is mere minutes away from Hwy 400 and 407, which allow drivers to travel quickly in and out of the city for work or to get to the cottage on the weekends.
There are several transit options found here. YRT and VIVA bus routes serve both Hwy 7 and Keele, providing great options for public transportation. Most importantly, the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) is less than 4 km away, which offers even more options, including TTC subway and Zum buses. As the central transit hub in the heart of downtown Vaughan, this booming station allows riders to travel the length and breadth of the GTA easily. It functions as the terminal station for the Spadina subway line, so riders can get to Union Station in downtown Toronto on a single fare.
