A new community is coming to Scarborough’s Birch Cliff neighbourhood, just minutes from The Danforth neighbourhood to the north.
Birchley Park Condos is a new modern condominium and townhome development in Scarborough. This pre-construction project by Diamond Kilmer Developments and DiamondCorp is located at 411 Victoria Park Ave , the northeast corner of Victoria Park and Gerrard Street East in Birch Cliff neighbourhood.

This project will transform this area from a vacant site into a transit-oriented, mixed-use community that will include a mix of condo suites, spacious townhomes and affordable housing.

Amenities

Birchley Park Condos will be comprised of three mid-rise buildings, two of them will be 10-storeys while one will be 8-storeys. For residents that need a bit more space, there will be five groups of stacked townhomes and back-to-back townhomes. In total, there will be 26 townhome units and an additional 5 homes will be dedicated to affordable housing.

Additionally, there will be stacked townhomes that will reach 3-storeys and back-to-back townhomes. In total, this community will hold 798 residential units, 144 of which will be reserved for affordable housing. These units will be divided between:

344 – One Bedroom Units
347 – Two Bedroom Units
107 – Three Bedroom Units

This development will become a thriving, mixed-use community where residents will enjoy the amount of amenity space that will hold unique indoor and outdoor amenities and retail space to add more convenience to this area. This community will also feature an 8-acre park and will offer enough parking spaces for each resident.
