Box Grove North is a new condo and townhome development in Markham. This pre-construction project will feature three interconnected condo towers up to 24 storeys high with a total of 781 spacious units plus two low-rise townhouse blocks. The podium’s south side will feature two-storey walkout units, providing a seamless transition to the two-storey townhome blocks at the site’s southeast corner.
The three condo towers will offer 337, 276, and 168 units, and the two townhome blocks will offer 24 units for a total of 805 units. Residents will be able to enjoy private balconies and terraces as well as ample outdoor amenities that offer places to build community and enjoy beautiful green spaces.
A new public park will sit at the site’s southwest corner, offering a paved promenade to enjoy meeting with friends, sitting on the grass, and people-watching.
Rouge National Urban Park is minutes away, as is Markham Stouffville Hospital, Cornell Community Centre, and many more prime features. Enjoy healthy family activities all year long with so many fantastic resources at your fingertips!
Location & Neighbourhood
Markham is an affluent suburban city that is a very desirable place to raise a family. This southeast corner of Markham, where Box Grove North resides, is especially suitable for people who love to spend time in nature or plug into the local community.
Ninth Line is an arterial road in East Markham, and taking it directly north will lead to the heart of Whitchurch-Stouffville, about 15 minutes away. Hwy 407 is immediately north of the site and allows for fast travel across the GTA with a toll.
Neighbourhood is within a car-dependent area, sporting a transit and bike score of 39. Copper Creek Dr is served by four YRT bus lines, two of which operate only on weekdays. But Cornell Bus Terminal is less than 5 minutes north and serves as a connection point for around ten bus routes, including VIVA purple BRT. Markham GO Station is 10 minutes away and provides access to the Stouffville GO line. From here, riders can get to Union Station in under an hour.
Homebuyers can enjoy plenty of suburban conveniences. The development site sits directly next to a shopping plaza with Longo’s, Rexall, LCBO, Mandarin, and many health service providers. Copper Creek Dr itself is lined with independent shops, cafes, and services. Another plaza with a Walmart Supercentre, Dollar Tree, Kumon, and CIBC branch is at the other end of this short but charming street.
