Location & Neighbourhood

CAVO Condos is an excellent opportunity to invest in a growing district. Like many parts of the region, this particular site is a “regeneration area” where significant reinvestment and intensification is encouraged. Etobicoke has a strong employment sector, in both manufacturing and corporate industries and is expected to build two major film production facilities, which will open the door to even more jobs.
