This condominium will reside near many low-rise and boutique-style condominium complexes, fitting in nicely with the area.

This development will sit on an angular plane with setbacks coming from every side of the building. Amenity space is proposed on the fifth and sixth floors and this will include an outdoor terrace on the sixth floor overlooking the neighbourhood.

There will be 2,200 square-feet of indoor amenity space and 1,776 outdoor amenity space proposed for this development. This amenity space will be enough to accommodate every resident.
