There will also be a lot of green space in the complex including a public park located in the centre of this master-planned community. The park will be lined with trees, shaded structures and a landscaped garden. This park will also have a sloped lawn and seating area for outdoor events.
Location & Neighbourhood
Milton is a town that is expected to grow in the coming years. CONNECTT Condos residents will have access to many local amenities including multiple restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores and food markets, bakeries, variety stores and boutique clothing stores within walking distance. Considered a family-friendly neighbourhood, this development will be near many schools, some of which include Our Lady of Victory, Hopedale Montessori, Milton District High School and Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Elementary school.
This development is close to Milton’s Bruce Trail, this trail spans an incredible 900 kilometres and connects to the Niagara Escarpment.
