The condo will also feature 38 vehicle parking spaces (37 residential, 1 car share) and 50 bicycle spaces in two levels of underground parking. Vehicular access is proposed from Courcelette Rd.
The exterior will take on a contemporary design with classic brick cladding, and black steel-framed windows. It will also be beautifully landscaped with shrubs and trees to improve the public realm.
