This new condo project is coming to Kingston’s historic downtown core with aims of further densifying the metropolis.

Crown Condos is a new boutique mid-rise condo development by IN8 Developments in Kingston. This pre-construction project will sit at 223 Princess Street just West of Montreal Street.

Although there are not many details yet about the features and finishes, we know that the suites will come with stainless steel appliances and a smart home technology package.

The development will also house commercial space located at grade, fronting onto Princess and Queen Street, providing easy public access.

In addition, vehicular parking for the building would be located on-site, within the basement level, and partially on the first and second floors of the proposed building.

We can expect each dwelling to feature nine foot ceilings and open concept living rooms and kitchens. Each unit will offer spacious bedrooms and high quality finishes and fixtures that residents will love.

This condo will combine the historic architecture of the former movie theatre with modern amenities, to bring a timeless structure complimenting the downtown region.
