The unit mix will include 37 two-bedroom, 46 two-bedroom-with-den, 26 three-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom-with-den layouts, making this residence a fantastic option for professional families, couples or executives who want a spacious home office.
2,604 square feet of indoor amenity space will be incorporated into the building, along with an outdoor terrace on the fifth floor. Residents will have access to 201 parking spaces and 140 bike spaces in an underground garage.
The project also proposes commercial space on the ground floor, which is encouraged to house design and studio-related businesses, along with a café and two pedestrian walkways winding through the site to help create a vibrant public realm.
