A new 32-storey condominium by Metropia, Bazis and Plazacorp at 200 Bloor Street West – right across from the Royal Ontario Museum. The new condominium on Bloor just west of Avenue Road, is an artful statement with a design complimenting the architecture of Bloor Street.
Occupancy: Summer 2014
The design credit goes to Roy Varacalli, the well-respected Toronto architect. Exhibit doesn’t have underground parking. Instead an elegant eight-storey garage to the back of the building. The structure is tied smoothly to the other cubes by way of the same veil of frittered glass.
Exhibit is merely steps to the city’s finest restaurants, luxury boutiques and specialty shops in the Yorkville area. Every residence has been crafted with detailed luxury, from the Burdifilek exclusively-designed kitchen cabinetry to the outdoor fritted-glazed balconies. In addition, all of the suites in Exhibit have been oriented to the north or south offering magnificent everlasting panoramic views.
The first two floors of the building have been reserved for retail space. The Entertainment Floor located on the 9th level of Exhibit and dedicated to entertaining. This floor has two lounges, one with a spectacular curved bar, and the other with a private dining room with catering kitchen. Doors from the party room, with a linear fireplace, open onto an outdoor rooftop garden highlighted by a shimmering reflecting pool accented by a sculpture in the water. Private seating areas surround this green oasis framed by rows of trees. The 10th floor provides the fitness gallery equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, the yoga studio and a lounge beside the cozy double-sided fireplace.
The building will have 200 suites in 32 floors. Suites in the building range from one bedroom
units up to two bedroom plus den.
