Description
EXS Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by Camrost Felcorp in Mississauga. The pre-construction project will sit at 181 City Centre Drive in The Exchange District master-planned community. This final phase will wrap up this ambitious project with a bang – presenting a 31-storey condominium containing a 26 unit boutique hotel.
The condo tower will contain 250 residential units in one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
