King East Estates is a new townhome, semi and single detached home development in Richmond Hill. This pre-construction project by Plaza is located at King Rd & Toscanini Rd near the scenic Oak Ridges Moraine. This large project. has an occupancy date of 2023.
This development will include 255 freehold homes located on 40’, 50’ and 60’ lots and it will be located within a 30-acre block radius bounded by King Road to the south, Toscanini Road to the west, Puccini Drive to the north and McCachen Street to the east.
Amenities
King East Estates will have 255 spacious homes that will be divided between 144 single detached homes, 32 semi-detached and 79 townhomes. The first phase will consist of 56 units that will be comprised of 19 singles, 8 semi-detached and 29 townhomes. Phase one has already been zoned and serviced with an expected completion in the Spring of 2021.
The second phase will include 183 units split between 115 singles-detached, 25 semi detached and 43 townhomes. The third phase will consist of 4 custom homes at a standalone property at 52 Puccini Road while the the fourth and final phase will include 23 units consisting of 17 single detached and 6 townhomes.
Investors can expect these units to range in size and provide spacious homes for growing families. The townhomes and semi detached homes will be around 1,800 – 2,400 square-feet while the single detached homes will range from 1,900 to 3,100 square-feet and the custom homes will be 4,200 square-feet.
These homes will sit on 40’, 50’ and 60’ lots nestled between scenic landscapes with rolling hills, forests and many kettle lakes.
Based on Plaza Corp’s previous projects, we can expect this development to include modern homes with open-concept layouts and contemporary features and finishes.
