Description

Something exclusive and exciting is coming to York Region, and it will combine urban living with scenic surroundings.

Lakeview Residences is a new 11-storey mid-rise condo development by A1 Development in Richmond Hill. This pre-construction project is located at 13572 Bayview Avenue near the intersection of Bayview Avenue and Bloomington Road. Lakeview Residences will house 120 residential units.

This limited collection of contemporary condos gracefully complements the community’s vast green space with a city-style structure on top of a hill.

Amenities

Lakeview Residences will be one of the area’s most sought-after living destinations because of its hilltop location and its unobstructed view of Wilcox Lake and surrounding golf courses. The site is also adjacent to the Oak Ridges Moraine, which features various lakes and forests, scenic nature and peaceful.

Aside from the building’s location and beautiful surroundings, architect firm DIALOG has designed a decadent, modern exterior with neutral tones, large windows and balconies. Plus, judging by the early renderings, it looks as if there is a landscaped outdoor terrace as part of their amenities.

Location & Neighbourhood

Lakeview Residences is located at a remote area which require the use of a car for most errands, nearby services act to mitigate the distance and bridge the gap.

No less than three GO stations serve this condo (King City, Aurora, and Langstaff), each reachable by car in commutes lasting between 10 and 20 minutes. Additionally, road improvements to Yonge Street to the east are paving the way to establish an inter-city YRT VIVA bus service.

At the same time, car travel is facilitated by a network of arterial roads and Highway 404, located a short distance away and allows for downtown Toronto commutes of just 40 minutes.

This family-friendly neighbourhood is located near many schools, including Bond Lake Publis School, Lake Wilcox Public School and Cardinal Carter Secondary School. Many recreational programs, community centres, libraries surround the area to give students activities to do after school.
