Tower B will face Victoria Park Ave, the east-side of this block and will include a 4-storey mixed-use podium, and will rise up to 27 storeys and will house another 297 units.

Currently, the area surrounding LSQ Condos features great dining options, grocery stores, cafes and bars, fitness centres, banks and schools. This area is considered very walkable and has everything a resident needs within its vicinity.
This location also has an excellent transit system, not only is this area located by major highways, it’s in close proximity to the Sheppard Subway Line. TTC bus routes are also just mere steps away.
Need to get downtown? This location is a quick 30 minute drive to Toronto’s core.
