Laurent Condominiums will feature a contemporary architectural design with red brick on the first 3 floors and dark grey metal panelling as the levels gradually move up.
To add dimension, light grey panels extend on the eleventh and twelfth floor. Location & Neighbourhood
Laurent Condos will sit between the major intersection of Morningside Avenue and Lawrence Avenue E. This is a great location because it resides near many post-secondary schools and has a close proximity to Downtown Toronto, making this an ideal spot for students and young professionals. This condo development will only be a 16 minute bus ride away from the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus and just a 13 minute bus ride away from Centennial College Morningside Campus.
