Northshore Condos is a new mixed-use development by National Homes in Burlington. These two eight-storey pre-construction condos with 389 condo units and a limited collection of stacked townhomes will sit in 490 Plains Rd E, near King Rd and Plains Rd E in the Aldershot neighbourhood.

The developers have proposed a total of 7,749 square metres of mixed-use amenity space for residents to utilize. The two towers will hold 484 square metres of indoor amenity area, and 617 square metres of outdoor amenity area which is to be located on the rooftop patio. Both towers will feature exquisite rooftop terraces with breathtaking views, a furnished lounge area and room to host a BBQ and enjoy time with family and friends.

Additionally, the developers have proposed an underground parking garage containing 421 parking spaces; 43 spaces will also be available at surface level available for visitors and short-term parking for maximum convenience.

The towers and townhomes will feature both modern exteriors and interior designs to add a fresh new look to the predominantly low-rise residential neighbourhood. The unique and ultra-modern materials will help contribute to the future enhancement of the neighbourhood attracting more visitors and residents for the years to come.
