This new condo project is coming to an upscale part of the City of North York.

Olive Residences is a new modern high-rise condominium by Capital Developments in North York. This 29-storey pre-construction project with 350 units will be located near the main intersection of Finch Ave E. and Yonge St. near restaurants, retail shops, local parks and schools.
