Panda Markham Condos is new condominium development by Lifetime Developments in Markham. This pre-construction project is located at 8200 Warden in Unionville neighbourhood. On a site that spans over five acres with 4 towers with a height of 34 and 37 storeys and with a total of 1,950 residential suites, this condominium project has yet to schedule an occupancy date.

Panda Markham will have a total of 1,950 suites which includes 4 towers standing tall at 34 and 37 storeys and suite mix are still forthcoming, but based on the size of the site, we’re betting on a mixed-use project, possibly with more than one phase.
The developer is known for their urban, hotel-inspired suites, often featuring open-concept layouts, high-quality fixtures and finishes and amenities that will make you never want to leave your home.
They tend to partner with prominent architectural and design firms, resulting in striking buildings that serve as landmarks in the neighbourhoods they inhabit.
Panda Markham Condos also has the benefit of being a convenient site, with access to YRT Viva right at the front door, which connects to the Unionville GO station, as well as Finch Station in Toronto. It’s close to Highway 407, as well as several exciting urban transformations that are adding retail, office and community space to the burgeoning region.
Location & Neighbourhood
Markham condominiums are gaining popularity with a wide range of investors thanks to the city’s infrastructure and population growth, and its emerging reputation as a high-tech hub.
Ideally situated immediately north of Toronto, the city is home to over 1,000 head offices for technology and life-science-based companies. The rapid job growth has resulted in an increased demand for new homes and rental housing, making it a great spot to consider an income property. It’s just a 30-minute drive into the heart of downtown Toronto, making it excellent for commuters too.
Predictably, the city has also been undergoing a significant urbanization in some pockets, encouraged by the number of new residents expressing interest in the region. Most of these are taking the form of master-planned communities that not only add residential space, offices, a new retail landscape and community improvements, it’ll also include a massive ampitheatre suitable for concerts and athletic events.
Public art initiatives, increased greenspace and more pedestrian networks are some of the other improvements we’ve been seeing in the region. Additionally, York University is about to open a new campus in Markham, just a short distance from the development site. Schools, restaurants and the Civic Centre are also nearby.
