Platform 68 Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by Trinity Point in Markham. This pre-construction project is located at 9351 Markham Road, near Markham Road and Bur Oak Avenue, just north of 16th Avenue in the Greensborough neighbourhood.

Two driveways are proposed, one north of the proposed building (Tower A) which will be used primarily for loading, and a second driveway on the south side of the proposed building which will access the parking garage and building lobby. 1,337 square metres of outdoor amenity space will be provided on the fifth floor in addition to 860 square metres of indoor amenity space. This area is expected to house fitness facilities, a swimming pool and an outdoor terrace and lounge.

Location & Neighbourhood
Platform 68 Condos is located in a Markham neighbourhood that is currently undergoing major growth. Greensborough is the most populated area within its district, and it’s estimated to have 5,414 inhabitants. There’s expected to be an increase of residents in the coming years due to newly constructed houses and low to mid-rise condominium buildings. For that reason, this high-rise will be the perfect addition to the Greensborough neighbourhood.
