Description
This new condo project is near a local transit hub, has idyllic neighbourhood amenities and will make a comfortable place to live.
Primont Place Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by Primont Homes in Brampton. This ore-construction project is located at the northeast corner of Mississauga Road and Sandalwood Parkway. As per the project’s proposal, expect 500 residential units and 25,000 square feet of retail space sitting atop the 6-acre property.
If you haven’t invested here yet, this new development looks to serve as an excellent real estate investment.
Primont Place Condos is 3 towers of luxury. As of right now, not much information has been released regarding the interior exterior of the buildings but judging from Primont’s previous projects, the features and finishes will leave you in awe.
Some of the features found in previous Primont Home projects are a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities. This can include a grand lobby with a 24-hour concierge, a coffee bar, a lobby lounge and lobby bar, meeting rooms, social rooms, property management office, zoom rooms, games room and co-working space. We can also expect an exciting Peleton room, yoga room, gym, lounge and an outdoor terrace which can include BBQ dining areas, and lounging areas.
Location & Neighbourhood
Brampton is only headed upwards in terms of its centrality, especially with the Hurontario light rail transit (LRT) project on its way. The transit system is projected to connect Mississauga’s lakefront with downtown Brampton. The line is expected to span 26 stops.
Primont Place Condos will conveniently place you right by the Mount Pleasant GO station, making for seamless travel into the City of Toronto. Young professionals, especially those looking to lay down roots and grow a family, will enjoy seamless trips into the city while living in a cozy and flourishing suburb.
The GO will make it easy to commute into Toronto’s employment hubs like the Financial District and Entertainment District — specifically, the GO bus makes for a half-hour commute into Toronto. Other avenues to getting into the city include an upcoming Züm bus rapid service.
Commuters with cars will also find it convenient to get into the city by having easy access to Highways 407, 410 and the 401. The neighbourhood provides superior access to the city and is home to its own entertainment sources.
