Primont Place Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by Primont Homes in Brampton. This ore-construction project is located at the northeast corner of Mississauga Road and Sandalwood Parkway. As per the project’s proposal, expect 500 residential units and 25,000 square feet of retail space sitting atop the 6-acre property.

Location & Neighbourhood

Brampton is only headed upwards in terms of its centrality, especially with the Hurontario light rail transit (LRT) project on its way. The transit system is projected to connect Mississauga’s lakefront with downtown Brampton. The line is expected to span 26 stops.

Primont Place Condos will conveniently place you right by the Mount Pleasant GO station, making for seamless travel into the City of Toronto. Young professionals, especially those looking to lay down roots and grow a family, will enjoy seamless trips into the city while living in a cozy and flourishing suburb.
