The townhouses will consist of 21 standard townhouse units and 150 stacked townhouse units. The standard townhouses will rise 3-storeys and will face an inner street that includes 6-metre deep, lush rear yards.
This row of townhouses presents a flanking condition to both Thomas Alton and Palladium Way. The Back-to-Back townhouses will provide an alternative, improved streetscape, with multiple residential front doors, however they will not feature driveways as a result of the proposed underground parking.
