Location & Neighbourhood
Ideally located on a tree-lined stretch of Highway 7, Signature On 7 Condos has a good transit score of 50 — although the neighbourhood is predominantly car-dependent. This location is less than 5 km from three highways — Hwy 27, Hwy 407, and Hwy 400 — all of which offer quick and easy access to the rest of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Three public transit buses operate along Highway 7 — Brampton Zum, York Region Transit, and VIVA — allowing riders to travel from Richmond Hill to Brampton easily. And it’s a direct connection to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, a terminus station of the TTC subway, just 7 km away.
Woodbridge is home to some beautiful parks. Boyd Conservation Area is an expansive, protected greenspace near the Humber River where visitors can enjoy hiking trails, picnic areas, and children’s day camps; the Kortright Centre for Conservation is a large nature reserve and education centre that hosts an annual maple syrup festival with fun demonstrations.
This is also a great neighbourhood for raising children. Many highly-rated schools are nearby, including Woodbridge Public School, Vaughan Montessori School, and Toronto District Christian High School. And well-equipped community facilities like Vaughan Grove Sports Park provide beautifully maintained places for staying active. For grown-ups, half a dozen stunning golf clubs can be reached in under 15 minutes.
