This new condo project is about to become an investment hotspot because of the incoming Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
Sixty Five Broadway Condos is a new condominium development by veteran developer Times Group Corporation in Midtown Toronto. This pre-construction condo is located at 65 Broadway Ave near Yonge and Eglinton intersection. This project has an occupancy date of 2023.

This development will have two 39 storey towers that will both rise out of a 4 storey podium. Together they will house roughly a total of 800 units. Tower A will have 54 studio units, 248 one-bedroom units, 184 two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit.
Tower B will have 231 one-bedroom units, 128 two-bedroom units, and 30 three-bedroom units.
There is ample amenity space in this development, and most of it is intended to be used by residents from either tower.
Tower A will have a grand total of 12,120 square feet of indoor amenity space, and 2,928 square feet of outdoor amenity space, including exclusive rooftop space for its residents.
Tower B will have 12,099 square feet of indoor amenity space, and 5,716 square feet of outdoor amenity space. Amenities include: 24-hour concierge, the parcel rooms, the gallery lounge, the billiards, the gallery tables (meeting rooms), the big screen, the study room, party room/chef’s table with catering kitchen, children’s playroom, yoga studio, gym, rooftop terrace and BBQ stations.
This amenity space also includes a rooftop terrace across the podium in the space in between the two towers. This will be accessible for all of the residents of the development.
Location & Neighbourhood
Sixty Five Broadway Condos is located on the southern side of Broadway Avenue in between Yonge Street in the west and Redpath Avenue in the east. It has existing high-rise residential buildings to its north, existing mid-rise housing to the east and south. And existing high-rise residential housing to the west in addition to North Toronto Collegiate Institute.
This development is part of the expansive Midtown neighbourhood, and it is surrounded by multiple options for shops, restaurants, services, and more.It scores a 94 on its Walk Score and a 90 on its Transit Score.
One of the marquee destinations for this residents around this location is the Yonge Eglinton Centre. This shopping centre is anchored by a Metro grocery store, LCBO, and Rexall, truly supplying everything locals need.
Eglinton Station will be the local transit hub for this project, and that’s great news for investors because of an incoming transit line that is going to revolutionize the city. The Eglinton Crosstown LRT will be a new light rail line that runs down the Eglinton corridor, making Eglinton Station a new transfer hub in the heart of the city. This means that residents of these condos will be able to easily travel throughout the entire city.
