Spadina Adelaide Square is a new modern, mixed-use condominium development in Downtown Toronto.
This pre-construction project by Go-To Developments is located at 46 Charlotte St and at 355 Adelaide Street West in the Entertainment District. An impressive 50-storey tower with 293 residential units.
This condo tower will be built atop an existing heritage building that currently sits in the development site. It will range from studio to three bedroom suites, to appeal to any lifestyle. This development will also offer a generous amount of retail and office space to draw in more traffic to this already vibrant area.
Spadina Adelaide Square will have an attractive architectural design that will complement the surrounding area. It will incorporate a preserved 6-storey heritage building that is currently sitting in the development site and will extend similar design features to the podium. The rest of the building will add modern elements including large windows and metal panels with an emphasis on vertical and horizontal frames. The podium will be 12-storeys high and will hold a significant portion of the office and retail space.
The rest of the 50-storey development will be reserved for 293 residential units that will be divided between 89 studio, 36 one bedroom, 118 two bedroom and 50 three bedroom.
This wide range of suites will appeal to many residents with different lifestyles from young professionals to growing families. We can expect the interiors of this development to come with modern features and finishes that complement the modern exterior.
Additionally, this development will have over 10,000 square-feet of indoor amenity space including a fitness centre, party room, a sky lobby that will include a lounge, parcel room and concierge station. There will also be a 4,200 square-foot outdoor terrace on top of the 12-storey podium. We can expect this development to feature many more unique amenities.
