It will incorporate a preserved 6-storey heritage building that is currently sitting in the development site and will extend similar design features to the podium. The rest of the building will add modern elements including large windows and metal panels with an emphasis on vertical and horizontal frames. The podium will be 12-storeys high and will hold a significant portion of the office and retail space.
The rest of the 50-storey development will be reserved for 293 residential units that will be divided between 89 studio, 36 one bedroom, 118 two bedroom and 50 three bedroom.
