St Clair Gardens Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development in Toronto. This pre-construction project by Alterra and Distrikt Developments will sit at 1500 St Clair Ave W, near Caledonia Road and St Clair Avenue West in the Earlscourt neighbourhood.

The proposal comprises two buildings, a 17-storey mixed-use building and a 15-storey residential building, with a shared ground floor podium and parking structure. The 17-storey tower will hold 1,289 square metres of retail space that will help enhance the public realm.
The proposal includes approximately 1,356 square metres of indoor and approximately 1,690 square metres of outdoor amenity space, for a total of approximately 3,046 square metres.
The indoor amenity space will be located on the upper ground floor and floor 2 with the majority sitting adjacent to the outdoor elevated amenity courtyard. The 1,690-square metre outdoor amenity courtyard will separate the buildings where they will rise to their respective heights.
A piazza has been proposed along the St. Clair Avenue West frontage providing a year-round public space for the community to make use of. Retail entrances will be located along the south frontage of the taller building to help animate the piazza.
Additionally, a total of 332 parking spaces and 754 bicycle parking spaces are proposed and would be located within a shared parking structure. The tower’s designs will feature architecturally distinct continuous lines that will act as a superlative enhancement to the corner of the street. It will be alluring due to its visually appealing designs and we can expect it to draw the attention of many homebuyers and investors.
