Description
This intimate new condo project is coming to enliven this growing Scarborough neighbourhood.
The Bridleton Residence is a pre-construction mid-rise condominium in Scarborough. The modern development will sit at 3268 Finch Ave E at the corner of Finch Avenue East and Bridletowne Circle in the L’Amoreaux neighbourhood. Designed to frame two major street frontages at a bustling intersection, this thoroughly modern 13 storey development will add retail space, 300 residential units from one to three bedrooms townhome suites.
Adjacent to the Bridletowne Mall redevelopment, it’s a supremely convenient area with access to shopping and dining, medical facilities and major arteries. Major greenspaces are just minutes away, including the Tam O’ Shanter Golf Course, giving residents prime access to the leafy parkland that Scarborough is so well known for.
The Bridleton Residence’s design reflects the site’s location at the northeast corner of Finch and Bridletowne Crescent. Proposed for 13 storeys, it will be designed as two “wings,” with equal frontage onto both main streets.
Two-storey retail space will occupy the condo at street level, offering more shopping and dining options and acting as an extension of the adjacent mall redevelopment. New pedestrian pathways will provide direct links to the public sidewalk and multiple bus shelters.
Residents will have access to 5,263 square feet of indoor amenity space, including a lounge, fitness centre and yoga room.
The condo’s rooftop will house 5,758 square feet of outdoor amenity space, including a green roof and space for lounging and dining. An underground garage will provide 271 spaces for residents’ vehicles and 206 bicycle parking spots.
With its light-filled, three-storey base, the condominium features a modern look, paired with a symmetrical, grid-inspired façade above. Sophisticated and contemporary, this building will set the bar high for other redevelopments in the area.
Location & Neighbourhood
New condos in Scarborough are fantastic for first-time buyers and growing families alike. Situated immediately east of Toronto, the region draws many buyers and investors because of its reasonable price point, but truthfully, it has so much more to offer.
It’s a region known for its diversity, which is reflected in the shopping, dining and entertainment options here, which are plentiful in almost every neighbourhood.
It’s also known as one of the GTA’s leafiest districts and the amount of greenspace here definitely reflects that. From the sprawling L’Amoreaux Sport Complex and park (just up the street) to the Tam O’ Shanter Golf Course and the infamous Morningside Park – which spans almost 600 acres – there’s never a shortage of activities for recreation or nature lovers.
Major arteries like Highways 401 and 404 make it easy to get around, particularly if you’re commuting into Toronto or north to the high-tech hub of Markham.
