The condo’s rooftop will house 5,758 square feet of outdoor amenity space, including a green roof and space for lounging and dining. An underground garage will provide 271 spaces for residents’ vehicles and 206 bicycle parking spots.

With its light-filled, three-storey base, the condominium features a modern look, paired with a symmetrical, grid-inspired façade above. Sophisticated and contemporary, this building will set the bar high for other redevelopments in the area.
