Many of the larger suites come with spacious, inset balconies.
Residents will have access to 5,220 square feet of indoor amenities on the seventh floor, including party and catering kitchen facilities, along with a fitness centre. This space will connect to an almost 7,000-square-foot outdoor terrace on the podium’s rooftop, featuring dining alcoves, lounging space and barbecue stations.
A striking design with varied massing will make this condo project immediately recognizable on the horizon and hopefully set the standard for modernization in the neighbourhood. The developer has also taken care incorporating step-backs into the design of the tower, which will maximize privacy for residents in the likely event that adjacent land gets developed in this growing part of the city.
