The Code Condos

The Code Condos will be a 9 storey boutique residence of only 108 suites and 10 townhomes at its base will be designed by award winning Hariri Pontarini Architects. With the entrance to the building located on Parkwood Ave, there is a welcoming, residential feel to the building.

Ranging in size from 430 sq. ft. to over 2,500 sq. ft., the suite layouts and features have been created by Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc. One of Toronto’s most exclusive and celebrated design firms.
