The Davisville Condos designed by RAW Design will be the perfect modern yet rustic addition to the urbanizing area. It will boast a Yonge Street heritage façade that will be conserved along ground floor level — a portion of Manor Road façade will also be preserved. This will act as the exterior of the development’s podium, which will boast 3,089 square feet of retail space.

A total of 79 residential units will occupy the tower. The proposed layout mix is varied, ensuring a good assortment for the diverse lifestyles the building will attract.
