The Locks Condos is a pre-construction mixed-use condominium development in St. Catharines. This 6-building low-rise to mid-rise project is located at 12 Lock St, on the northeast corner of Lock St and Main St in the Port Dalhousie community.

Location & Neighbourhood
Residents of The Locks can enjoy stunning panoramic views of Lake Ontario year-round, thanks to a highly sought-after location on the St. Catharines peninsula. Although primarily a car-dependent area, Port Dalhousie is also a very walkable and bikeable neighbourhood with great local features like easy access to the waterfront, excellent dining spots, and lush greenery.
Niagara Region Transit runs through this neighbourhood, with two bus routes that lead straight to Downtown St. Catharines. It takes less than 15 mins to travel from The Locks to the St. Catharines GO Station, where commuters can hop onto the Lakeshore West line and get to Union Station in 2 hours. Additionally, the QEW is a short drive away, providing an easy route to the rest of the region. From here, it’s 20 mins to Niagara Falls, 45 mins to Hamilton, and 90 mins to Toronto.
There’s a lot for nature lovers to appreciate. St. Catharines is known as the “Garden City” due to its plentiful parks. Next to The Locks is Lakeside Park, which features a beach, playground, carousel, picnic area, and pavilion.
