A new master-planned community collection is coming animate Markham’s growing downtown corridor.
UnionCity Condos is a collection of modern condominium by Metropia in Markham. This exclusive set of buildings will be located near the vibrant intersection of Enterprise Boulevard & Birchmount Road in Unionville.

According to the proposal submitted to the City of Markham, we can expect this development to feature four new residential condominiums titled Building A1, Building A2, Building B1 and Building B2.
This will be the perfect community for buyers and investors in search of the perfect urban lifestyle away from the overcrowded big city metropolis.
Building A1 will rise 33- storeys tall and Building A2 will be 34-storeys tall. Both will be located along the rail corridor with shared, five levels of an above-grade parking structure.
Building B1 will rise 12-storeys tall and will sit along Enterprise Boulevard. Meanwhile, Building B2 will rise 33-storeys and be located at the northwest corner of Enterprise Boulevard and University Avenue.
All in all the condos will have a combined total of 1,400 new residential units accommodating a wide range of buyers. We can expect these luxury suites to come in one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units with various floor plans and layouts catering to many different lifestyles.

Similar to Metropia’s other projects we can expect this one to feature more top of the line amenities, including lobbies with concierges, pool amenities, fitness studios, men’s and women’s spas, TV Lounge/Chef’s kitchens, lounge areas, pet spas, outdoor zen and outdoor lounge areas with patio seating and BBQ stations.
A one-level underground parking garage will also be available which spans the entire subject site. We can expect a multitude of parking spaces to accommodate the great number of new residences coming to the community.
