This new condo project will add to the exciting influx of urbanization the area is seeing with the Eglinton Crosstown in the works.
Untitled Toronto Condos is a new condominium development by Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties in Midtown Toronto. This pre-construction condo is located at 110 Broadway Ave near Yonge and Eglinton intersection. This project has an occupancy date of 2024.
This is a two towered project with a shared podium that connects the pair of buildings. The south tower will be 33-storeys high while the north tower will be 21-storeys. There will be a total of 751 residential units in the development ranging from studio and one to three bedrooms. This project will be taking the place of three apartment buildings, so replacement rental units have been allocated to the third tower.
Untitled Toronto Condos will be curated condominiums at Yonge & Eglinton in collaboration with Pharrell Williams.
The taller tower will be 33-storeys and will sit on the southern side of the site that faces Broadway Avenue. The shorter tower will stand at 21-storeys and will be on the northern side of the site facing the 141 Erksine Avenue apartment building. The development will be bordered to the east and west by existing residences.
This development will have plenty of floor space for amenities. There will be 34,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. Some of the amenities will include but will not be limited to: an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, indoor/outdoor co-work space, state-of-the-art gym, basketball court and rooftop dining with barbecue stations and pizza ovens.
The features and finishes that you will find at Untitled. are: Floor to ceiling windows, smooth finished ceilings throughout, pre-finished, wide plank laminate or luxury vinyl floors throughout (except in bathrooms and laundry room), custom designed European-style kitchen cabinetry with quartz or porcelain countertop and backsplash, single undermount stainless steel sink, and premium integrated and stainless steel appliances. In addition, custom designed European style bathroom cabinetry with quartz or porcelain countertop, built-in cabinet with vanity mirror, rain style showerhead, deep soaker bathtub with porcelain tile on all wet wall and floor surfaces, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and much more.
This elevated outdoor space will be particularly exciting in the summertime as you can stand tall above the city on those hot summer days and look across the beautiful skyline. All of the amenities will be shared with the residents of the entire development – renters and owners alike.
Every unit will have a balcony and dens that have been optimized to fit a pull-out couch.
Untitled Toronto Condos will be steps away from the Yonge-University Subway Line and only one block away from the Mount Pleasant LRT Station upon completion of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
Location & Neighbourhood
This Midtown Toronto neighbourhood is seeing a lot of change in the form of the upcoming Eglinton Crosstown. In response to the upcoming transit extension — the largest in Toronto’s recent history — developments are flocking to the area. This is the key area for investors to be looking into, as the neighbourhood is quickly responding to the rapid urbanization in the already busy area.
This development will be particularly well located in the neighbourhood, boastinga walk score of 89, and an excellent transit score of 86. Residents will be a quick 10 minute walk to the central Yonge and Eglinton strip, packed with dining, drink and shopping options.
